Welsh Sea Fish Industry Training Association
We are here to help you get you and your staff trained to comply with
current legislation, to help protect your business and enhance reputation, to
provide evidence towards a due diligence defence and to develop your
business and increase your customer’s loyalty.
Courses can be arranged to suit your individual learning requirements –
from home study to attended courses in your area. If there are sufficient
numbers, in-house courses can be arranged.

Methods of Training
Training Course
Each course is different, but all courses are structured, presented and
delivered by a qualified and approved trainer in your local area.
You will be working with other members of the fish industry, sharing ideas
and using the knowledge gained to develop your business.
Home Study
Home study courses are available in some subjects - others are being
developed continuously. These are supported via the telephone from a
qualified and approved tutor.
These have been designed for those who find it easy to work on their own at
their own pace. You will work through a training manual, completing
assessments and assignments guided by your tutor.
